1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dudela ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dudela is a baby care tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log feedings, diapers, sleep, baths, playtime, and other baby-related events. The App also provides EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) wellness screenings. Dudela can be used locally on your device or with a cloud account for syncing and sharing data across devices.

3. User Accounts

You may use Dudela without creating an account (local-only mode). If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LucidWeb Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the data they enter into the App.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Dudela offers a free tier with core functionality. Premium features are available through subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dudela is not a medical device. The EPDS wellness screening feature is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucidWeb Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Visit our Account Deletion page for instructions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting a notice within the App or sending an email. Your continued use of Dudela after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
